The Clarkston Resource and Wellness Hub’s mission is to address health equity challenges faced by the Clarkston community to provide a one-stop access point to address healthcare access and critical social services. We aim to close the gap on health disparities in this community with a common goal focused on a community-centered approach.

The “Hub” is a project of Easterseals North Georgia and began as an initiative of the Clarkston Health Equity Coalition (CHEC). In 2020, ESNG joined the Clarkston Health Equity Coalition. The Clarkston Health Equity Coalition is a collaboration of 45 multi-sector organizations and community leaders with a shared mission to improve health outcomes for Clarkston's most marginalized populations.
